Richard has obtained a BA (Hons) in Education, BA Hons in Integrative Relational Counselling/Psychotherapy, MSc in Educational Leadership and the NPQH, with over 20 years of teaching experience. His outstanding service to students, especially those with additional needs, earned him the prestigious Pearson Award for Excellence in Special Needs Education. With a strong background in mental health support, including extensive work with the Samaritans, Richard creates inclusive, engaging lessons judged consistently outstanding. He sets high standards for himself and others, inspiring excellence across the board. Richard will be delivering the First Aid for Mental Health (RQF Level 2 / SCQF Level 5) training.
