He has obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Management, International Master of Business Administration and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies. With a strong track record in mentoring, Karl volunteers extensively for IOSH, IIRSM, and academic programmes, supporting professional development across the sector. He also contributes to national health and safety standards as part of the Home Builders Federation’s Minimum Standards Group.
